Josh Letourneau’s glass studio is open by appointment for all your gift giving needs. Josh has a consistent, changing inventory with first-hand, quality glass pieces, as well as discounted seconds.

Due to the remote location of the shop, Wifi is challenging so the preferred method of payment is Venmo, cash, or personal check.

Come on over and experience the mesmerizing process of the flame and the magic of fire.

At his studio, Josh primarily does lampwork with glass rods and other color work. Josh also continues to work cooperatively with Robert Burch and will give classes and demonstrations in furnace work in Bob’s shop in Putney.

The Studio

Josh Letourneau Glassworks (formerly Twisted Glass) was founded on a dream dating back to 1997. Josh’s first glass shop was a converted shed/former chicken coop in a house he rented in 2006. Later that same year he found a “fixer upper” house in Westminster, VT, on 18+ acres.

After purchasing their home and land, he and his wife Katie began the process of remodeling. Josh was itching to blow glass so he set his torch up in the basement of his home for a few years. These were less than ideal conditions but he was still able to get his “fix.”

Fast forward to 2021 and the shop is nearly complete. Josh’s glass shop is equipped with two glass torches, tools for various applications, and a large glass annealer (oven).
